DD National Documentary on Artisans of Kolhapuri Chappals
of our Aadhar Samajik Sanstha done by DD Kissan Team for the Serial- "Albele Haathon ka Hunar"
There was one series named "Albele Haathon ka Hunar",in which the team's aim was to identify one craft from each state. Kolhapuri Chappal was the art which was identified from Maharashtra. When the DD Kisan team searched for the organization who is working on these chappals,they got our reference and we had been contacted by the team and then the shooting was done for the whole two days where they showcased the making of genuine kolhapuri Chappals.It was later telecasted on the television.The telecasting channel partner was DD National and DD Kissan.
